We don’t usually write reviews, but we wanted to share our experience with Esther Chong Realty, especially Sam Oh, because of how much he went above and beyond for us. For much of our home buying process, we were out of the country for about six months. Being physically away during such an important time could have been extremely stressful, but Sam handled everything as if it were his own home. He took care of all communication with the builder, attended the builder orientation meeting on our behalf, and consistently kept us informed with clear, thoughtful updates. What meant the most to us was how Sam continued to advocate for us even at the very last minute. He worked through changes and requests that are normally difficult, if not impossible, to get approved, simply because he genuinely cared about doing what was right for his clients. We never felt rushed, dismissed, or treated like just another transaction. We would also like to thank Esther Chong, who helped us find the right home for us, one that truly fits us and felt right from the very beginning.
